Operator & Advisor · DTC Brands

You built a brand people love. The next step is building the business that scales it.

Tom Lotrecchiano works alongside DTC leadership teams to bring focus, financial clarity, and an operating rhythm the whole team can run. Most founders get product-market fit and initial traction. Far fewer get the system that turns it into durable, profitable growth, and a business you'll love running.

Let's talk If someone you trust sent you here, let's talk.
The shift From hustle to a system that scales.

You hustled a brand into existence. That's the hard part, and most never get there. But hustle starts a business, it doesn't scale one. Now it's about building the system underneath the brand, so the next stage of growth comes from how the company runs, not from how hard you grind.

How I work

Three steps to start scaling.

01

A clear financial picture

We build a clean model of the business, the marketing investment required, the profit you're actually building toward. It becomes the decision engine for the next two years, so every choice gets made against the numbers instead of a hunch.

02

A growth plan built on the levers that matter

A hard look at the whole revenue system: website, funnel, retention, channel mix. We cut the noise and focus the team on the handful of moves that actually grow margin.

03

An operating rhythm the team can run

Clarity, accountability, and a weekly cadence with scorecards, so the plan gets executed after I'm gone. The goal is never to make you dependent on me. It's to leave the team able to run the business better than before.

It usually starts with a focused two-day intensive with the leadership team, and continues from there.

Some great brands and great people I've had the chance to work with

Tom had a unique ability to really dig in, understand, and internalize the critical elements of our business and guide us on specific, ROI-generating actionable items. If you're looking to grow online, Tom's your guy.

About

Tom Lotrecchiano

Tom has spent decades building, scaling, and operating e-commerce companies. His flagship, Canvas on Demand, landed on the INC 500 list of America's fastest-growing companies and was an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.

Since then he's worked alongside dozens of consumer brands as an operator and advisor, the kind who rolls up his sleeves and works on the business with the team, not a consultant who hands over a deck and leaves. He works with DTC brands in the $10M to $100M range and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
